Ryan called in to see us with his then girlfriend. We had a chat about her likes and dislikes and tried on some different ring styles. The visit was very informal and off-the-cuff.

Ryan came back several weeks later with a plan. Thankfully we had taken some details of his girlfriend’s finger size and noted down her likes and dislikes, so we were able to get to work on sketching a design image for him.

Ryan had a budget and we worked on getting the perfect diamond to suit both his budget and her tastes. She was thrilled and completely blown away by the ring and the engagement. The rest, as you say, is history.
